Pseudarthrose fibro-cartilagineuse ou hypertrophique : il s'agit d'un cal fibro-cartilagineux externe. Sur le plan radiologique on constate : un élargissement de l'espace interfragmentaire, un élargissement et une condensation des extrémités osseuses qui s'arrondissent avec hypertrophie du cal, une oblitération du canal médullaire à hauteur du foyer, des signes de mobilité du matériel d'ostéosynthèse.
